We provide detailed recommendations room-by-room, and also address the curb appeal and landscaping in the front and back yard. We are honest with our recommendations and kind in how we share the information as we understand selling can be a stressful time. When a Seller is thinking of updating the interior of the house, we provide recommendations for flooring, fixtures, counters, paint, and stay on top of industry trends and what buyers want to see in properties for sale. We provide any discounts we receive from local companies and pass those along to our clients. We can also provide consultations on Vacant properties or properties being remodeled.
